With whom does RaiseCapital share my information?

Third Party Data & Data in the Aggregate: Aggregate data (data gathered across all user accounts) may be gathered in a non-personally identifiable form to build higher quality, more useful online services by performing statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of our visitors, and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific areas and services of the Site. In addition, if you reply to any User posting, your reply will be sent through our communication system to the User and they will be able to contact you.

RaiseCapital will send you email upon registration with and/or purchases from the Site. RaiseCapital may also send you email regarding our products and services from time to time. Only RaiseCapital, or agents working on behalf of RaiseCapital, will send you these emails.

How may I use other users' information?
When you register with RaiseCapital or subscribe to a tier of our service, you may elect to allow other Users to respond to your postings. When you receive a response through the RaiseCapital communication service, you will have limited access to other Users' contact information. You may have access to the User ID, email address, name, and other contact information of the User that has contacted you. By visiting and using the Site, you agree that, with respect to other Users' personal information that you obtain through the Site, you may only use such information for:

1. RaiseCapital-related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages;
2. using services offered through RaiseCapital.com; and
3. any other purpose that a User expressly agrees to after you tell them the purpose you would like to use it for.

Finally, we do not tolerate spam. You are not licensed to add a RaiseCapital's User, even a User who contacted you, to your mail (email or physical mail) list without their express, written consent.

What security precautions are in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of my information?
Your RaiseCapital.com account information is password protected so that only you have access to this personal information. We recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone. RaiseCapital.com will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or unsolicited email.
